Located in the left-wing socialist vegan paradise of the Dresden Äußere Neustadt, the location is just perfect.
I had the small double room at the street side. The room was adequate, but I would have liked a chair and perhaps a table besides just a bed. The floor was a bit fatty and sticky, probably because they used too much cleaning agent when mopping the floor. The matrasses were barely comfortable, but they were acceptable for 3 nights. They will ask you to remove the bed linen before checkout, giving you an intimate view of the cleanliness of the matrasses.

booking was pretty spontaneous and yet we only paid 26€ p. p. for a huge two bed room. very clean, lots of space and very friendly receptionist. many restaurants and shops around, quick access to public transportation and free wifi
I went with a sports team, and this was a good value for our 9-person group. 7 of us shared an entire apartment, and 2 of us had a double room in an apartment upstairs. There were other people in the same apartment as the 2 of us, which was a little unexpected, but it worked out.
Street-side rooms can get noisy if you leave the windows opened, though.
We checked in at 4 p.m, the weather was really bad. We came in the room, it was freezing there. The windows were wide open. Instead of getting some rest we had to close the windows, turn on the radiators and go somewhere else to warm up. …
Clean Friendly and in a perfect location
We stayed with two adults, one six year old, and a seven month old and had an amazing experience. Having the room to our selves was very nice. Beds we so comfy, pillows especially. And it was so clean, from top to bottom. I would definitely return. Better than any hotel I've stayed at.
